Well, the program does? itrorpocane weight lifting in it but it's not the main thing, I mean you do have to do squats and lunges and other exercises for your legs but you're starting up with very light weight and you gradually build up. and off course the main goal is to strengthen our legs but we're not trying to become Olympian lifters so we're not just focusing on squatting but you'd be doing a lot more than that, like plyometrics, quickness, balance, form, flexibility and much more.
