Product Didn't Work For Us But The Shipper Has Great Customer ServiceWhen we first received our Baby Haven moitnor, it worked very well and was easy to set up. Within a week we were picking up a LOT of white noise and static, even though nothing had changed in our moitnor and receiver locations. At first the volume control allowed about 4 levels. Again, in about a week to volume had LOUD or nothing. So I do not recommend this product. The vendor was great though. When we contacted them about our defective moitnor, they were quick to respond with a pre-paid return shipping label. We requested a replacement Baby Haven moitnor which was shipped out in a timely manner. When the second moitnor didn't work for us either, the vendor again quickly responded to our request for a refund.
