Chef John, you've helped me out more times than I'll admin to my fdirnes and family. It's good to see others trying to help you. I'm and IT Manager by day and VERY amateur cook by night. Anyways, I believe that a key logger was installed on your computer. The best thing to do is backup your importatant data, then have the hard drive wiped. It's the only way to know it is safe to keep using it and know it won't happen again.
