12 SECOND MARK  the lifeless<a href="http://ksimzbeao.com"> prsoen</a> behind Jack; confirmation of the toast sniper (the same light blue shirt)   I guess that's Jack's face in realiztion of Logan involvement in the conspiracy! As for Meredith Reed not being in the picture of that frame  my guess is Jack uses the sniper's only emotion for Meredith Reed against him FIRST during the interogation. When that doesn't work, ofcouse, Jack disposes of her.
