Hanging out with your friends will help alot, being by ysoeurlf only makes you think about him all the more. Delete his number out of your phone, dont hang out where it brings back memories, and yes it does help if you talk to other guys. You may think its not going to help but it will trust me. I dated the love of my life for 2 years and really did me wrong, I thought I never would have gotten over him..a year later and Im fine if anything I ask myself what the hell I was thinking.
