I would suggest Dr.Newman's otniment instead of the Lansinoh otniment. I typically got it while in the hospital and it really works wonders versus the Lansinoh. You might have to ask your Dr. for a prescription for it. I wish you all the best as I had very sore areas too with my first child and by the third it had no effect, lol!! Hang in there and it will get better;-)
