Hugs!  One of the best things I heard was mnaikg it to the 21 day mark.  It was hard at first with my daughter, but 3 weeks seemed to be the magic mark.  I'm trying to remind myself of this given that we're about 4 weeks away from number 2 (and I'm a little worried)!
