It is a Target coupon, and most seotrs won't accept it. Shopko will accept competitor's coupons. In the video I say that you can't price match a competitor's coupon at Walmart, BUT technically you can. It's just that most cashiers won't let you do it since they aren't aware of the policy on Walmart's site that says: Walmart accepts competitor's in-store coupons. Especially if it says  manufacturer's coupon  they should accept it, but I have bad luck at my Walmart with this.
